What Happens Next?

Because every door we build is completely bespoke to your measurements, we don’t just blindly send it to the factory floor. We want to make absolutely sure it’s going to fit perfectly.

Here is our step-by-step process:

1. The Verification Call Within the next working day, one of our door experts will give you a quick call. We will run through your exact measurements, your chosen colour, and your accessories just to double-check that everything is 100% correct.

2. Manufacturing Begins Once we have spoken with you and you are completely happy with the specifications, we will give the workshop the green light. Your custom door will immediately go into production.

3. Progress Updates & Dispatch We will keep you updated on the build time and notify you as soon as your door is ready to be securely packaged and shipped to your site.


Need to change a measurement? Don’t panic! If you realize you measured something incorrectly right after clicking buy, just let us know when we call you to verify the order. Nothing is cut until we have spoken to you.
