White electric insulated roller shutter door

White roller garage doors

White is one of our standard colours on both the 55mm and 77mm profile. No colour premium, no upgrade charge. You pay for the door, not the finish.

Why white roller shutter door?

The most commonly chosen colour, and one of two standard colours included in the base price. No upgrade cost on either the 55mm or 77mm profile.

White roller garage doors: the practical choice

White is the most practical starting point for most homes. It’s included in the base price on both profiles, which makes it the default choice for anyone who doesn’t want to spend extra on a colour upgrade.

Most white uPVC windows in the UK are finished in RAL 9016, Traffic White. Our standard white is the same shade, which means a white roller door will match existing white windows closely without any colour matching exercise. If your windows are newer uPVC or composite framed with white trim, the door will sit alongside them naturally.

White works across a wider range of property types than most colours. Red brick, grey stone, pebbledash, and light render all work. On a traditional semi-detached or terraced house with white window frames, a white door reads as a considered choice rather than a default.

Before and after:

Real projects showing the full transformation from the starting point through to a finished space built to last.

Why consider a white roller garage door?

Colour matching, maintenance, and availability at a glance.

White uPVC or composite window frames. White or cream front doors. Light grey or cream render. Red or buff brick. Stone and roughcast. Properties where the garage sits flush with the front elevation and you want the door to blend rather than stand out.

It tends to work less well on properties with dark anthracite or black window frames, where the contrast can look unintentional. If your windows are dark, anthracite grey or black is likely a better match.

White shows dust, water streaks, and road spray more readily than darker colours. That’s not a reason to avoid it. Knowing when your door needs a clean is more useful than hiding the dirt behind a darker finish.

A soft cloth and warm soapy water every four to six weeks keeps a white door looking good. Avoid abrasive cleaners. The powder coat finish handles mild cleaning without losing its appearance over time.

White reflects more radiant heat in summer than darker colours. On a south-facing garage that makes a measurable difference to the temperature inside, worth considering if you use the space as a workshop.

Available on both the 55mm insulated aluminium profile and the 77mm insulated aluminium profile. Included in the standard colour tier, so no colour premium on either profile.
