Powder coating
£28 per square metre (ex VAT)
Powder coating is an electrostatic process. Dry paint powder is applied to the metal surface then baked in an oven at high temperature. The result is a hard, smooth finish that bonds directly to the metal.
It's the more durable of the two options. Powder coating resists chipping, fading, and corrosion well, and handles impact better than plastisol in most conditions. It's also the better choice if you want a specific RAL colour — the range available is far wider than plastisol
