What's actually wrong with your door?

Door won't open or close Usually a motor fault, a power issue, or the limit settings have drifted. We can diagnose this over the phone in some cases, or send an engineer to check the unit.
Door is noisy or grinding Often a sign the guide rails need cleaning and lubricating, or that the curtain has come slightly out of alignment. Left unattended this tends to get worse rather than better.
Door is stuck partway Usually an obstruction in the guide rail, a misaligned safety sensor, or in some cases a damaged slat catching as it rolls.
Slats are dented or damaged Slats can be replaced individually rather than needing a full curtain replacement, provided the profile matches.
Remote or control unit not responding Could be a battery, a wiring fault, or the receiver unit itself. Often a quick fix once we know which.
